It's been too long

I guess I don't enjoy writing, cuz I haven't posted anything on this blog in forever. I thought it would be a fun outlet, but fell into the "another thing on my list" category.
I'm going to get going on the log home photos, organize them all, categorize them all, and get started sharing the crazy process of building our dream home. I think...

36 hours and counting...

We are leaving on a mini vacay in 36 hours and I've got a ton of things to do. Literally...a ton! I counted! I've now made a list. I don't know about you, but I'm definitely a list maker. It just makes me feel like I can scratch off that one lil task and feel something got accomplished. Thankfully my uncle is coming to house-sit and watch the dogs and I feel relieved. Well, I guess I'll feel relief once we're on our way and my to-do list has pretty little lines through it!

Hubby got a new Car

Well, today is filled with organizing my office and insurance changes and it just so happens, it is perfect timing considering hubby brought home his new Avalanche last night. He is in love. I half thought I'd wake up and find him curled up in the back seat sucking his thumb he's so excited and acting like a lil boy!

I'm trying to decide if I'll be able to keep up with something so tedious as a blog. It's going to be hard to stay on task, but I'm in love with the blogs I follow everyday and would love to give them some love. So here it goes...you gotta start somewhere!
